David Crosby chokes up onstage talking about Jackson Browne

September 12, 2019

Rock legend David Crosby performed in LA at the Saban Theater on Tuesday, where he got emotional talking about rocker Jackson Browne when he sang the tune “Delta.”

We hear that Crosby “told a story about Jackson driving him to [late rocker] Warren Zevon’s house to finish the song,” a source said. “Croz seemed to get choked up with the memory and left the stage for several minutes to regain composure.”

Others in the audience included Stephen Stills’ son Chris.

Crosby’s complicated relationship with Browne and others is explored in the recent doc “David Crosby: Remember My Name.”
