Kanye West celebrated his delayed “Jesus Is King” album on Sunday by holding one of his weekly Sunday Service events in Queens and a listening party in Washington Heights.
We’re told daughter North, 6, and son Saint, 3, became the stars of the listening party by “praise dancing” in front of guests, including mom Kim Kardashian.
“There was a movie with music, and their son and daughter were dancing onstage in front of the projector,” said a spy. “They were doing praise dances — like gospel-type dances — and people were laughing at how cute they were. [North] was going hard, doing the dances, and their son was trying to mimic her.”
They added, “When he played the album, the whole place rushed the stage, and security had to tell them to move back a few times.” West held his Sunday Service earlier in the day, Emily Kirkpatrick reported, at the Greater Allen A.M.E. Cathedral of New York in Jamaica, where he was joined by Swizz Beatz, Alexander Wang, Rick Fox and photographer Johnny Nunez.
West has pushed back the release of the record several times for last-minute tweaks.
