“Shark Tank’s” Kevin O’Leary wasn’t with his wife when she was charged for her involvement in a boat crash that killed two in Canada last month.

On the same day Ontario cops charged Linda O’Leary, 56, with “careless operation of a vessel” in the ongoing case, Kevin, 65, was seen with pals at Scarpetta in Manhattan.

Said a spy: “It looked like he was with a group of friends enjoying a nice dinner. Certainly, he wasn’t staying home.”

A man in the other boat that was hit has been charged with “failing to exhibit navigation lights while underway.”

Linda’s lawyer said it was “an unlit craft on a dark and moonless night.”
