“Superstore” actress Linda Porter has died at age 86.
Reps for Porter confirmed her passing to Variety on Friday night.
Porter — who also appeared in “Dude, Where’s My Car?” “Twin Peaks: The Return” and “Pee-wee’s Big Holiday” — was most recently known for her regular role as Myrtle on the current NBC hit.
“Linda wasn’t just hilarious, she was incredibly sweet, energetic and enthusiastic – working with her brightened everyone’s day,” producers Jonathan Green and Gabe Miller shared in a joint statement. “We’re lucky to have been a small part of her long career. The ‘Superstore’ family won’t be the same without her.”
Co-star Ben Feldman honored the industry veteran with a heartfelt Twitter post, sharing a photo of the two on break together while filming.
“Here’s hoping the angels don’t call cut right away because your best stuff always came at the end,” Feldman wrote. “We’ll miss you Linda Porter.”
Fellow “Superstore” actor Mark McKinney posted an adorable video of Porter gushing over skiing, while co-star Danny Gura also shared a sweet sentiment remembering the actress.
“We lost a good one,” he wrote on Twitter. “R.I.P. Linda Porter, who was always smiling and always brightened up the ‘Superstore’ set. This is a hard one. You will be missed.”
Show writer Vanessa Ramos’ post showcased Porter’s spunky personality, sharing a photo of the actress flipping the bird while writing, “RIP Linda Porter. A true delight of a person who was up for anything.”
