Aaron Carter Gets Insane Face Tattoo, Claims He's Totally Fine and Healthy
Aaron Carter has taken to Instagram in order to assure followers that they have nothing to worry about.
The singer -- who has seemingly gone off the mental deep end (as evidenced by scary, ridiculous allegations against members of his own family) -- would like fans to know he's doing just fine.
Just look at the awesome new tattoo he got and everything:
On Friday night, Carter documented his the experience of getting his unusual piece of ink permanently itched across his face by sharing several videos on Instagram Live.
He then included a bunch of photos on his regular Instagram page and included totally stable captions such as the following:
@johnnydangandco you're the greatest in the game everyone needs to know and they will after THIS PIECE.
I'M THE BIGGEST THING IN MUSIC RIGHT NOW. I CANT BE DENIED. FACT CHECK ME.
The artist's tattoo appears to be of a woman who looks similar to the Greek goddess Medusa.
Of most pressing note, however, is this: IT'S ON HIS FACE!
Carter quickly jumped on Twitter to defend his mental health after the ink garnered a great deal of backlash.
Partly because it's hideous, but largely becomes it was agreed-upon during heightened concern over Carter's state of mind at the moment.
I'm doing just fine," Carter tweeted, adding:
"I ask you repent my and leave me alone. I already have to move and I don't need to be under scrutiny with every decision I make.
"I will take the necessary precautions to protect myself, and when I move no one will know where I live! #MissingMyMom right now."
He later had some stronger words for the so-called "haters."
The polarizing pop star also filmed the cops coming to his house once again for a welfare check on Instagram Live.
Carter seemed to allude to the situation when he called out a fan on Twitter as follows:
"Bruh stfu all y'all bully's [sic] cyber bullying me.
"All my fans #LMG #AcArmy look T my teeets [sic] and report these people #CyberBullying is against the law. So is the constant harassment calling the police on me ten times a f--king day!!"
Yup. He sounds completely fine to us.
Carter's confusing social media posts come just a couple weeks after his brother, Nick Carter, and their sister, Angel, both filed restraining orders against their sibling.
"In light of Aaron's increasingly alarming behavior and his recent confession that he harbors thoughts and intentions of killing my pregnant wife and unborn child, we were left with no choice but to take every measure possible to protect ourselves and our family," Nick recently tweeted.
The Backstreet Boys member also claimed Aaron hears "voices in his head."
In response, Aaron... well... he said Nick once raped a 91-year old woman.
He also told TMZ:
"I am astounded at the accusations being made against me and I do not wish harm to anyone, especially my family."
We sincerely hope that's true.
However, as part of the restraining order, Nick said Aaron told their sister Angel, "I have thoughts of killing babies," and that he has also considered "killing Nick's pregnant wife, Lauren Kitt."
The order further alleged that Aaron told Angel, "I was diagnosed with schizophrenia and bipolar 2 years ago."
This tracks with what Aaron himself said earlier this month on an episode of "The Doctors."
"The official diagnosis is that I suffer from multiple personality disorder, schizophrenia, acute anxiety; I'm manic depressive," the singer admitted on air.
We hope he gets professional help. Soon.
