Ghana was a hot destination to ring in 2020.

Naomi Campbell, British Vogue editor Edward Enninful, Ozwald Boateng and Endeavor exec Bozoma Saint John descended on Ghana’s capital of Accra with their celeb pals as part of the nationwide Year of Return events, commemorating 400 years since enslaved Africans arrived in America.

The jovial New Year’s celebrations saw Beyoncé’s mom, Tina Knowles Lawson, party with Lupita Nyong’o. Campbell and Saint John hosted a soiree with Boris Kodjoe and wife Nicole Ari Parker earlier in the week, and singer Akon performed at Afrofest.
