Queen Elizabeth II was photographed going to church on Sunday — a day ahead of the historic summit that could decide the future of Britain’s royal family.

The 93-year-old monarch, wearing a brown hat and matching coat, gave a slight smile and waved to onlookers as she was driven to Sunday service as Megxit threatens the stability of the royal household.

Peter Phillips — Princess Anne’s 42-year-old son — insisted his grandmother was feeling “alright” as he walked to Mary Magdalene Church near the Queen’s country retreat in Sandringham.

The Queen’s appearance was just a day before she leads Monday’s planned “Sandringham Summit,” the first in-person meeting Prince Harry will have with her as well as his brother, Prince William, and father, Prince Charles, since his shocking announcement Wednesday.

Meghan Markle is expected to phone-in to the summit from Canada, where she is staying with the couple’s baby son, Archie, amid the escalating conflict.

The Queen’s husband, 98-year-old Prince Philip, meanwhile, was left “spitting blood” when told about Megxit, The Sun says.

“What the hell are they playing at?” he snapped, sources told the UK paper.

Philip, who The Sun says is now largely bed-ridden, has always been extremely close to Harry and was “deeply hurt” at his decision to split from the family.

“To say that the Duke feels let down would be a considerable understatement,” a source told the paper.

“He was spitting blood when aides informed him what had happened.”

The source says Philip is mostly concerned about “the impact this is having on the Queen.”

“A lot of Philip’s anger comes from seeing Her Majesty upset,” the source told the paper.

Many waiting for a glimpse of the monarch outside Sunday’s church service were also feeling sorry for her current crisis.

“I feel desperately sorry for her,” said 70-year-old Jean Acton. “It must be horrible — for any parent, let alone if you’re a royal or not.”
