Prince Harry, Jon Bon Jovi meet at Abbey Road Studios for Invictus Games collaboration

Prince Harry and Jon Bon Jovi are gearing up for the Invictus Games.

The Duke of Sussex, 35, met the American rocker, 57, at Abbey Road Studios in London on Friday for their musical collaboration in honor of Harry’s philanthropic athletic competition. While at the studios, Harry and the Invictus Games Choir met with Bon Jovi to rerecord his hit “Unbroken,” which he created to highlight veterans living with PTSD and pay homage to their service.

The two men kept their meeting casual, with Bon Jovi wearing an all-black outfit paired with a leather jacket and the now-ex-royal choosing a blue button-up shirt.

In a video shared on SussexRoyal’s Instagram account, Bon Jovi and Harry can be seen in the recording booth preparing to sing the tune. The video ends just before fans can hear Harry’s vocals.

The duo, along with some of the choir members, also recreated The Beatles’ iconic “Abbey Road” album cover photo, shot in 1969.

Harry announced the collaboration last week. Launched in 2014, the Invictus Games is a multi-sport event for wounded and injured veterans and servicemen and women. The Netherlands will host this year’s games, taking place from May 9 through May 16.
