YouTuber Casey Neistat and Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing” star Ryan Serhant — along with the mysterious guy behind the comedic Instagram feed “Dude With Sign,” known only as Seth — have teamed for a contest in which a visionary go-getter can win free rent in NYC for a year.

We’re told the organizers hope “the passionate person will ‘make it’ just like they did, but with the help they never got.”

The winner will be announced in January and will have check-ins with Serhant and Neistat on their progress.
