An auction house in California claims to have the first items belonging to superstar K-pop group BTS ever to go under the hammer.
Julien’s Auctions is offering seven custom-made, signed mics that the band used between 2017 and 2019.
The seven-member South Korean act was the first group since The Beatles to earn three No. 1 hits on the Billboard 200 in under a year, the auction house said. The lots are part of a charity auction benefiting MusiCares. Also being auctioned off are microphones and guitars belonging to Aerosmith’s Steven Tyler and Joe Perry, plus some of Tyler’s trademark scarves.
Bidding closes Jan. 24.
