Pippa Middleton spent the holidays under the sun in St. Barts.

Kate Middleton‘s younger sister was photographed alongside her husband, James Matthews, enjoying a beach day on their family vacation this week, showing off her toned body in a white polka-dot bikini. She gave birth to their first child, a son named Arthur, a little over a year ago.

Pippa’s parents, Carole and Matthew Middleton, were also on the trip, but sister Kate was at home in the UK for Christmas with husband Prince William, their children and the royal family.

James’ father, David Matthews, owns the luxurious St. Barts hotel Eden Rock.

Pippa, 36, and James, 44, were photographed taking a dip in the ocean with their goggles on and walking along the shore.

The couple frequent the French-speaking Caribbean island, and were spotted on vacation there at the beginning of 2019.

Pippa has said that swimming was one of her favorite exercises while pregnant.

“As the months pass, you feel heavier by the day, but being in water gives that floating, light-as-air feeling that soothes and relieves the body, counteracts increased back strain and stretches the legs from the growing bump,” she wrote in a column. “It’s non-impact, gentle and relaxing.”
