Ciara “wuvs” her some Russell Wilson.
The 35-year-old singer — who has been married to the Seattle Seahawks quarterback since 2016 — regularly gushes about her favorite NFL star on Instagram, recently sharing a mushy selfie.
“I Wuv Me Sum Him @DangeRussWilson 🥰,” Ciara captioned the post.
Whether cheering from Seattle’s CenturyLink Field or showing her support from the comforts of home, there’s no question that Ciara is Wilson’s No. 1 fan.
Celebrating Wilson’s 9th NFL season
To kick off the 2020 NFL season in September, Ciara posted a touching Instagram tribute to the 31-year-old celebrating the “hardest working man” she knows.
“Season 9. So proud of you babe @DangeRussWilson! Hardest working man I know. Seeing your daily dedication and commitment to the game continually motivates and inspires me!” Ciara captioned the post.
The Seattle Seahawks are 5-0 entering Week 6, with Wilson throwing for 1502 yards with 19 touchdowns and three interceptions.
Bringing Seattle’s 12th man ‘energy’ home
With many stadiums remaining fanless this season due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Ciara and her band of cheerleaders are bringing the “energy” of Seattle’s 12th man home.
“Bringing the stadium energy to the house,” the “Goodies” songstress shared with her Instagram followers in one post.
In the clip, Ciara is seen holding her and Wilson’s 2-month-old son, Win Harrison, while their 3-year-old daughter, Sienna Princess, waves her green pom-poms and her 6-year-old son Future Zahir yells for the camera.
Ciara shares son Future with recording artist ex Future, 36, from whom she split in 2014. Wilson, meanwhile, was previously married to high school sweetheart Ashton Meem. They also called it quits in 2014.
Twinning in bathrobes for the ESPYs
For June’s remote ESPY Awards, host Wilson had to get creative.
Making the most of an at-home step-and-repeat, Wilson and Ciara posed in their bathrobes and slippers on a makeshift “red carpet,” where the mingled with a cutout of LeBron James.
“I’ve been coming to this show for the last seven years, and one of my favorite parts of the night has always been the red carpet,” Wilson said. “I figured, why should this year be any different? So I built one in my own backyard.”
In addition to posing for the “paparazzi,” Ciara reacted to questions about Wilson’s quarterbacking.
“Girl, now look at you trying to start some trouble,” Ciara replied to a pre-recorded question comparing Wilson to Tom Brady.
Wilson always has her back, too
Wilson to the rescue!
Back in February, Ciara — who was pregnant with son Win at the time — recalled how her quarterback hubby had to cut her out a dress after an event.
“Right now my honey is cutting me out of this dress,” Ciara said on her Instagram Story at the time, adding, “You cannot damage this dress, baby.”
Ciara later shared a few snaps from a Tom Ford presentation in the dress, captioning the photos with Wilson, “Us.”
