We got a bizarre and unexpected glimpse this week into what a government agency thinks about various celebrities.

The Department of Health and Human Services tried to make a star-studded PSA about the coronavirus — but the since-shelved $300 million project went so awry that the House of Representatives launched an investigation into it.

Politico reported that the probe unearthed a strange list of more than 200 celebs that the department considered including in the PSA — along with various notes about them. The list, known as the “Celebrity Tracker,” notes that Bon Jovi appeals to “the elderly,” that Reese Witherspoon was, “arrested in 2013 due to drunk driving,” and that Millie Bobbie Brown “wore two political pins during the 2017 MTV Movie and TV awards” when she was 13-years-old.

It also listed who had accepted and declined the invitation to take part in the clip. Carrie Underwood, Luke Bryan, Selena Gomez and Britney Spears all appeared to quickly decline, while it says by Morgan Freeman’s name, “Rep wants to see who else at his level signs before discussing.”
