Simon Cowell is mending himself from head to toe.

As he continues to recover from a horrific e-bike crash in August that nearly left him paralyzed, the “America’s Got Talent” host, 61, paid a visit to Beverly Hills-based cosmetic dentist Dr. Apa to receive a new set of veneers.

“it official. i’m going to hollywood!! actually DUBAI THIS WEEKEND. and it truly is amazing working with amazing people. thank you @simoncowell for putting your trust in us,” Apa captioned a photo of Cowell showing off his new, bright white chompers.

Apa previously posted a photo of a masked Cowell standing up and teased, “anyone else curious to see? arguably one of THE most talked about smiles in the industry.”

Apa didn’t immediately return Page Six’s request for comment.

Friends of Cowell told Page Six that the TV personality is undergoing daily physio sessions and walking 10,000 steps per day to get his strength back up after the accident.

“His will and determination to get himself better is inspiring,” a friend said.

Cowell broke his back in three places while on his fancy new $20,000 high-powered e-bike outside his Malibu compound in August. He subsequently underwent a 6-hour surgery that put a metal rod in his back.
