Stacey Dash bailed out by hubby she allegedly assaulted

“Clueless” star Stacey Dash was bailed out of jail by her husband — who she’s been charged with assaulting.

Jeffrey Marty shelled out $500 to free Dash, 52, from the Land-O-Lakes Detention Facility on Monday morning, Pasco County Court records show.

The actress, who played Dionne Davenport in the 1995 cult classic, was busted Sunday for domestic battery, after she allegedly pushed her lawyer hubby and slapped him in the face during an argument at their New Port Richey home.

Marty sustained red scratches to his arm from being pushed, according to a criminal complaint.

The couple wed last year, 10 days after they met.

Dash was the one who called the cops about the incident, according to her 911 call obtained by The Post, in which she insisted that Marty had put her in a chokehold as she argued with his 15-year-old daughter.

“They’re all saying what a bitch I am, I’m the stepmother, how they all hate me. They’re just disrespectful, awful children,” she sobbed of the family, including two other children, ages 14 and 10.

Police bodycam footage later showed her seeming confused at being arrested — and explaining to officers that she’d starred in the hit 90s flick starring Alicia Silverstone, as well as being a pundit on Fox.

But any dough she made from movies and her TV-appearances must have dried up. Dash claimed in court papers that she’s broke and can’t afford her own lawyer.

Her next court date hadn’t been set as of Tuesday.
