Cuba Gooding Jr. — who’s been indicted on six charges of sexual misconduct related to multiple accusers — isn’t letting his legal issues get him down, or keep him at home.

The hard-partying actor was spotted at La Esquina downtown, where a source told us, “He looked totally f–ked up and it wasn’t even 9 p.m.”

We heard the Oscar winner was with three women, including his gal pal Claudine De Niro. We hear he later stopped into karaoke bar Baby Grand.

Gooding, who’s pleaded not guilty, started out the night at a private shopping event at Rag & Bone in Soho, where De Niro was raising money for Beyond Type 1.
