Harry Styles has bid farewell to his quarantine hair.
After months of sporting longer, curly locks (and even a much-discussed mustache), the “Watermelon Sugar” singer, 26, was spotted with a new, short ‘do while out and about in LA over the weekend.
With its longer-on-top, short-at-the-sides shape, Styles’ hair instantly reminded fans of his look in 2017’s “Dunkirk,” sparking a slew of tweets that soon had “DUNKIRK HARRY” trending worldwide.
“The way we had a full head of curls a few days ago and now we literally have dunkirk harry again,” one person wrote, while another chimed in, “I saw ‘HE CUT HIS HAIR’ trending and somehow knew it was about Harry Styles without checking for context.”
Styles’ new look is thought to be for his upcoming role in the Olivia Wilde-directed psychological thriller “Don’t Worry Darling.” He’s replacing Shia LaBeouf, who dropped out of the film due to scheduling conflicts.
