Club owner turned movie producer Noel Ashman is banking on TV writer Charles Kipps to help tell his tale.
Kipps — who wrote the “Fat Albert” movie and a “Law & Order” episode — is helping Ashman write an autobiography. “The book is certainly not a tell-all. I wouldn’t rat on my celebrity friends, however, there are many fun stories,” Ashman told us.
“The book will be an engaging read as I relate how I struggled to support myself when I was kicked out of my apartment at the vulnerable age of 12.”
Ashman has been behind clubs including Veruka and the Plumm. He was a partner at the revamped Studio 54, but abandoned nightlife to produce films such as “Gotti.”
