Meghan Markle has shared her condolences over the passing of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

“With an incomparable and indelible legacy, Ruth Bader Ginsburg will forever be known as a woman of brilliance, a Justice of courage, and a human of deep conviction,” reads the statement from Markle, 39. “She has been a true inspiration to me since I was a girl. Honor her, remember her, act for her.”

After falling for Prince Harry, the “Suits” star married the royal and moved into their Frogmore cottage home. Earlier this year, however, the couple made their “Megxit” and moved to North America, initially living in Canada before settling in Markle’s home state of California last month.

Ginsburg died surrounded by family at her home in Washington, DC, due to complications of metastatic pancreas cancer, the Supreme Court said in a statement Friday night.

“Our nation has lost a jurist of historic stature,” Chief Justice John G. Roberts, Jr., said of Ginsburg. “We at the Supreme Court have lost a cherished colleague.”
