Jill Zarin won’t let the small matter of a dislocated bone stand between her and Botox.

Page Six is told that — although she was in agony after dislocating her pinky toe over the holiday weekend — she dragged herself into Dr. Pat Wexler’s office for filler and Botox Tuesday so that she could be properly plumped before heading to Florida.

She posted an X-ray showing the injury and said she’d tripped while on a yacht. “Beyond the most painful injury that even the [pain killers] didn’t help,” she wrote, adding that the doctor popped it back into place. “It took [two attempts],” she said.
