Ross + Kramer to take over old Bungalow 8 space in Chelsea

July 01, 2020

Blue-chip art gallery Ross + Kramer has signed a $400,000 lease on the old Bungalow 8 space in Chelsea, Page Six has learned.

The gallery, which has locations on the Upper East Side and in East Hampton, will take over 515 W. 27th St. in a deal brokered by Meridian Retail Leasing. The gallery has works available for sale by Pablo Picasso, Keith Haring, Yayoi Kusama and Banksy. The space was also once home to the Paul Kasmin gallery.

Ross + Kramer confirmed the news, telling us that they plan to open in the fall with social distancing and COVID precautions.

“When I saw the property, I knew it was somewhere where artists would want to exhibit their work. It was too great to pass up,” co-owner Todd Kramer said.
