Ex-“Vanderpump Rules” star Kristen Doute has broken her social media silence to ask for prayers for a former co-star’s mother.

Doute, who got fired from the show last week alongside three of her co-stars, asked fans to pray for Brittany Cartwright’s mom, Sherri Cartwright, who has been in the intensive care unit after experiencing complications during bladder surgery.

“Please, everyone, keep @brittany momma @sherri.cartwright in your prayers, thoughts, spiritual/higher power thoughts…” Doute, 37, posted on her Instagram story. “Whatever it is you believe in. Thank you. [heart and prayer emojis].”

A few days ago, a rep for Bravo told People that Brittany planned to travel to Kentucky to be with her mother, but COVID-19 was making it difficult to have visitors. On Wednesday, Brittany posted a video from a field filled with horses, presumably in her native state.

This has been Doute’s first social media post since she shared a public apology after coming under fire for calling the cops on her former co-star Faith Stowers in 2018. She was subsequently fired from “Vanderpump Rules.”
