Courteney Cox dove headfirst into 56.

Appearing to channel “Baywatch,” the “Friends” alumnus shared a video of herself on Instagram slow-motion running and diving into a pool as New Radicals’ “You Get What You Give” played in the background to mark her birthday.

“Gracefully diving into this next year… #oaf,” Cox, wearing a teeny black bikini, captioned the video.

Her former co-star and best friend, Lisa Kudrow, also paid tribute to Cox’s birthday with a series of photos of them playing with their dogs.

“Happy birthday @courteneycoxofficial my genius generous gorgeous grounded great good FRIEND I love you,” Kudrow wrote alongside the pictures.
