Sir Patrick Stewart took the stage at Theater 511 for his one-man version of “A Christmas Carol” in front of guests including comic Bridget Everett and his “Tempest” co-star Carrie Preston.

The performance ended with champagne being passed to the audience to take part in a toast with Stewart wishing everyone a good 2020.

Stewart last performed the show in 2001, and this year is doing it only twice, with both nights benefiting Ars Nova and City Harvest.
