Shay Mitchell is back on the gym grind.

Taking to Instagram on Saturday, the new mom, 32, who revealed newborn daughter Atlas’ name earlier this month, shared a few clips from her workout session.

“Guess whos allowed to work out now…,” Mitchell posted to her story.

In a separate video from the fitness area, the former “Pretty Little Liars” star appeared to tease boyfriend Matte Babel, posting, “Well one of us is excited to work out.”

Mitchell and Babel confirmed in late October that they had welcomed their first child after 33 hours of labor. The actress announced her pregnancy in June after suffering a miscarriage in 2018.

“Atlas Noa, In my 32 years of life I thought I had seen a lot of places, experienced a lot of things, met a lot of people and felt love… then came you,” Mitchell previously shared on Instagram. “Truth is I had no idea I was capable of loving anything like this before you arrived.”
