Jodie Sweetin finally got her dream childhood toy in her mid-20s

Jodie Sweetin always dreamed of getting a Barbie motorhome as a child, and years later while in her mid-20s, she would finally get her wish.

“[My mom] couldn’t find it anywhere and I was talking about how I still remembered it. I was so heartbroken that I couldn’t get the Barbie RV,” Sweetin, who famously played Stephanie Tanner on “Full House” as a child, recently told Page Six.

So that year, the actress, who is now 37, woke up to a huge package under the tree on Christmas.

“I opened it up and it was the Barbie RV,” the “Merry & Bright” star told us. “It was hilarious because she was using it to make a point.”

She continued, “We wound up donating it to the school she worked at, but she was like, ‘Now you can’t say there’s anything I didn’t get you.'”

A modern-day equivalent, complete with a water slide and fire pit, is available for $99.99.

Every year, the “Fuller House” star continues her mom’s tradition of gifting pajamas on Christmas Eve. Sweetin is the mom of two daughters, 11-year-old Zoie and 9-year-old Beatrix.

“I’ve had to stop with the matching pajamas because, of course, they’re like, ‘We’re too old for that now,’ so I try to get us all three something similar, but not too matchy-matchy,” Sweetin said, jokingly adding, “Dear God, don’t put them in the same outfit! Those days are long gone.”

Sweetin is kicking off two months of Hallmark holiday films on Saturday, starting with “Merry & Bright,” which follows a woman named Cate (Sweetin) who takes over as CEO of her family’s candy cane company. She ends up falling for Gabe, a man who works for a company that’s trying to rebrand the family business for profit.

Sweetin said that if she could be any type of candy heiress in real life, it would be Toblerone because “that stuff is kind of amazing.”

“Merry & Bright” airs Saturday, Nov. 2, on Hallmark.
