Jeremy Piven is embarking on a stand-up comedy career, it seems.

Page Six dropped by the comedy night at the Playboy Club on West 42nd Street — and were surprised to find that the former “Entourage” star had dropped in for a set.

Turns out the three-time Emmy winner has been quietly honing his stand-up skills since last summer. He was a big hit with the crowd, and we’re told he headed straight across town afterward for another set at the Stand NYC.

Also on the bill at the Playboy Club were Harris Stanton, John Campanelli and Sergio Chicon.
