Colorful socialite Jean Shafiroff is giving to charity in the most Upper West Side way — by donating the money that she’s saved on new ballgowns during lockdown.

We’re told that Shafiroff merely threw on an old Oscar de la Renta for a recent American Heart Association gala, since it was just an online affair. “She hadn’t gotten dressed up since the American Ballet on March 9,” we’re told, “so she donated the money she would’ve spent on a new dress to the AHA.”
