Amber Heard once confided in her mom that her then-boyfriend Johnny Depp made her “violent,” alcoholic father “look like a saint,” a UK court heard Thursday.

The “Aquaman” actress, 34, told her mother, Paige, that the star was like “Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde,” according to texts revealed during Depp’s blockbuster libel trial in London’s High Court.

“He makes dad look like a saint when he falls off the wagon,” Heard wrote on March 23, 2013.

Heard told the court that her father, David, “struggled with alcohol and drug abuse issues his whole life.”

“He is an addict and an alcoholic and he was very violent but I love him very much,” she said.

Heard said that reached out to her mom because she wanted “someone to talk to who might understand first hand how it was.”

“My father was violent to my mother growing up,” Heard told the court. “They loved each other but he was very violent to her until the end… she passed away.”

In other messages from the same evening, the actress told her mom that Depp, 57, was experiencing “crazy mood swings,” adding that his “binges are really difficult for me to handle.”

“I feel like I’m on a very fast train that’s about to explode, but I don’t want to jump off and leave my love behind,’ she wrote.

“So I stay on the train, even though I know it’s about to explode.”

Heard told her mom the “Pirates of Caribbean” actor was a “madman” — but insisted he was not physically abusive with her.

“It’s ok mom. He’s not being violent with me. He’s just even raging in general,” she wrote.

The “Justice League” actress, however, denied in court that she was being truthful to her mother, saying she “just didn’t want her to tell my dad.”

“I felt safe to tell my mother, but I didn’t know how my dad would react,” she said. “I had never been in this situation before and I didn’t know if he would react violently … to Johnny.”

Heard, who wed the Oscar nominee in 2015, has accused him of being violent toward her more than a dozen times during the course of their relationship.

Depp has vehemently denied all allegations of domestic abuse, saying his ex-wife was the violent one.

He’s suing The Sun over a 2018 story that labeled him a “wife-beater.”
