Shanna Moakler has been diagnosed with COVID-19.

The model-actress told fans Thursday that she’s in “full rest mode” while recovering.

“I got my test results back yesterday and I am indeed COVID positive,” Moakler, 45, said in a video on her Instagram Story. “They think I’m around day 7.”

Moakler’s symptoms have included fever, chills and coughing, but she said, “Mostly I’m just really exhausted in a way I can’t really describe.” She is seeing her doctor as well as working with a nutritionist to “boost my immune system and fight this.”

Moakler, who has three children with exes Travis Barker and Oscar De La Hoya, added to “Entertainment Tonight” that she’s quarantining at home alone without her kids.

“I can FaceTime with them,” she said of her children, who range in age from 14 to 21. “Clearly they all are getting tested as well, but you know, I think people forget that if you do get this, you’re not allowed to be around anybody. You have to be alone, and being sick alone is never fun.”
