'Jeopardy' Delivers Its First Ever Tear-Jerking Moment

Maybe it's just a "me" thing, but I am amazed at the confident way Tracee Ellis Ross just swipes that matte red lipstick right across her lips. I am the biggest baby about applying red. I do it so slowly and painstakingly carefully. Not T-Ross. She has this down and I am in awe! I would gladly watch her just put on makeup every day. - (Lainey)

Happy 97th birthday, Kurt Vonnegut! Jeverett15 started reading Vonnegut as a teen (as one does) and loved him uncritically. Mother Night was one of his favorite books. As an adult, "I can see that the story is over the top and the writing kind of clunky. I can see that there are no complex female or minority characters." But Vonnegut's name still comes to mind when he is asked about favorite authors. Which favorite authors have survived your transition to adulthood? (Cannonball Read 11)
