The JetBlue Passenger’s Tantrum Goes Viral

The pale rage was something serious on a JetBlue flight, and one angry passenger faced the consequences.

According to USA Today, a 32-year-old woman was kicked off her flight and arrested after spitting on a fellow passenger and hitting a crew member during a rant.

The whole ordeal began when the woman, identified as Valerie Gonzalez, realized she was seated next to a 3-year-old, according to the police. “I’m not sitting next to a (expletive) 3-year-old. I’ve been drinking all day,” she said, according to the report. Gonzalez then reportedly moved to a seat that wasn’t her own.

Another passenger filmed her outburst and posted it on Twitter. The clip has since gone viral with over 74,000 views as of Monday morning.

In the video, Gonzalez make a whole scene, asking people if they are taping her. “Oh you’re gonna fu**ing tape me, make this viral b*tches,” she says.

Then, at one point, Gonzalez even spits on the person in front of her. “Did she just spit on you?” one passenger asks.

The drunk outrage continues from there.

“What did I do?” she repeatedly asks. “I called someone old, ’cause they were?”

She continues, “I didn’t do anything. I sat down in my seat, and I asked to go somewhere else ’cause they were being c*nts, but I get kicked off, OK.”

Peep it for yourself in the clip below.

According to the incident report, Gonzalez also hit a JetBlue agent on the head, and another passenger says Gonzalez hit her in the arm after she didn’t want to switch seats.

The February 14th flight was held up for more than two hours, according to a flight-tracking site called FlightAware.

JetBlue released a statement to USA Today reading, “On Thursday, February 14 – during the boarding of flight 7 from Fort Lauderdale to Las Vegas – crewmembers reported a disruptive customer onboard. Local law enforcement was called and the customer was removed from the flight.”

Gonzalez was arrested and charged with “touch or strike battery.” She was released on bond on February 15.
