Hot off the heels of Darksiders III being deemed a success financially, THQ Nordic have released a trailer for the new DLC for the game (which was announced last year) entitled “The Crucible”.

As explained when it was announced, The Crucible is basically an endurance test where you face 25 waves of enemies, with the objective being to survive without dying. After surviving the five successive waves, you’re presented with the choice of keeping your reward, or going for an even larger reward (and larger gauntlet). Endure all one hundred waves in one go, and you will face the final challenge.

The Crucible DLC is out now for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
