Kody and Robyn Brown Launch New Business, Leave Other Sister Wives Behind
At this point, it’s impossible to argue the following:
Kody is closer personally to Robyn Brown than any other member of his polygamous family.
But now? Based on some surprising news information?
We can confirm that Kody is also closer to Robyn on a professional basis as well, prompting plenty of questions about the future of this couple… and of Sister Wives as a whole.
The Sun reported this week that Kody and Robyn launched a new business on May 17, 2022.
It is called Dabsark Entertainment, LLC — and here’s the first, major takeaway from this development:
Only Kody and Robyn are listed a “members” in this company. There’s no mention of Meri or Janelle (or Christine, of course, who left her husband in November) anywhere in the paperwork.
For the record… back when Robyn applied for a business license for her now-defunct jewelry company, My Sisterwife’s Closet, Kody and all of his spouses were listed as members.
So something has clearly changed here.
Robyn, of course, is Kody’s only legal spouse.
In a shocking trailer for Sister Wives Season 17, Christine admitted that her decision to leave was largely impacted by Kody’s strong feelings for Robyn.
“Why would I want to live on the same property with a dysfunctional marriage where right over there he’s got a fully functioning marriage?” Christine says in this preview, adding:
“Who would ever want to live like that?”
Christine even said the following a subsequent confessional, which fans will see on an upcoming episode:
“I feel like, to Kody, Robyn’s more important.”
This isn’t exactly shocking news to those who have been playing close attention to the Browns over the past few years.
Our friends over at The Ashley’s Reality Roundup, meanwhile, have provided fresh details on Robyn and Kody’s sole business venture.
The company name, DABSARK, stands for Dayton, Aurora, Briana, Solomon, Ari, Robyn, Kody… Kody and Royb’s name names plus all of their children’s names.
The company lists Robyn’s home address as the company’s main mailing address.
The company lists the family’s land on Coyote Pass as the principal address.
The company may have been established to help manage the family’s wealth because the company Quinn Holdings LLC is listed as the “organizer” of DABSARK.
On its website, Quinn Holdings LLC states that it is a “comprehensive investment firm serving high net worth families, foundations and endowments.”
Last season on Sister Wives, Christine expressed her unhappiness due to Kody spending a majority of his time at Robyn’s home during the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic.
“The best that I can give today is to just pretend. I don’t want to move onto the property, I want to move back to Utah,” Christine said at the time.
The mother of six has since done exactly this; she now resides in her native state.
Fast forward to Season 17 (which premieres on Sunday, September 11), meanwhile, and viewers will go even farther behind the scenes of how this relationship fell apart.
“I agreed to be a sister wife, but I agreed to be an equal wife,” Christine says in the aforementioned promo.
She also tells Kody in a separate scene that “i’s been heartbreaking being your wife for years,” prompting outrage from the self-centered patriarch.
“You never tried to have a good relationship with these people and that’s the reason I’m pissed off,” he screams at Christine on the upcoming premiere, referring to his other spouses.
“Just a knife in the kidneys after all these years. Sacrifices that I’ve made to love you!”
