Mickey Rourke has been spotted escorting a younger woman around town.

Rourke, 67, was at Cipriani Downtown Monday dressed like a “futuristic cowboy” cozying up to a Russian woman named Olga who, according to a spy, looked “23 to 26.”

“He was gently caressing her face and neck,” says the witness. A source close to Rourke tells us she is a “close friend.”

Rourke was recently dating Russian model Anastassija Makarenko, 33. He’s in town to shoot nightlife vet turned producer Noel Ashman’s take on Edgar Allan Poe’s “The Fall of the House of Usher,” called “3 Days Rising.” Rourke’s manager Kimberly Hines is also producing the movie.
