Former One Direction heartthrob Harry Styles has been spotted all over town while in NYC rehearsing for his upcoming “Saturday Night Live” appearance.

The singer was in the audience of Broadway’s “Slave Play” as well as the premiere of Noah Baumbach’s movie “Marriage Story” at the Paris Theatre.

He was also at fitness studio SLT in Soho, “running right in as class was starting.” We hear he was at the class with manager Tommy Bruce, and a source said Styles was overheard remarking that the “ ‘first 10 minutes were the worst part’ because ‘you were just asleep in bed but now you’re like on fire. ’”

He even did a demonstration of his abs shaking.

Styles is hosting and performing on the comedy show this Saturday.
