Gronk is heading to Miami for Super Bowl 2020

November 19, 2019

Rob Gronkowski isn’t ruling out a return to the NFL.

“I wouldn’t say [I’m done with football] for good,” the retired New England Patriots star told Page Six on Monday. “There’s always an option there. I’ll stay in shape. I’m only 30. Maybe one day down the road [but] I just needed a break. I can always come back.”

Instead, Gronk will celebrate Super Bowl weekend by hosting his inaugural Big Game weekend beach party, Gronk Beach, in Miami Beach that Saturday.

“No one knows Super Bowl weekend like myself. I’ve experienced it in every aspect—as a player, as a spectator—I wanted to do my very own thing and Gronkify it,” he told us. “Why not spice up the Super Bowl?”

The massive festival will feature open bars, tons of food, and performances by top artists including Diplo, Kaskade, Rick Ross, Flo Rida, Carnage, and more.

Plus, Gronk says girlfriend Camille Kostek will be there along with all her Sports Illustrated model pals.

“We want the girls turnt,” he laughed.

He also hinted that former teammate Tom Brady, “could come even if he is in the Super Bowl.”

Gronk was inspired by Shaquille O’neal’s annual Shaq’s Fun House, where he danced on the 7-foot-1 baller’s shoulders in 2018.

“[Shaq] is definitely invited,” he said, adding, “Maybe this year he’ll ride on my shoulders.”

The three-time Super Bowl champ, who will “most likely be working as an analyst for Fox” on game day, says he’ll have to party responsibly to avoid a game day hangover.

“Go to the party sober, maybe sip on some mimosas, maybe a margarita, get a little tipsy,” he said. “Just don’t go overboard and you’ll be good.”

He added, “It’s going to be an epic week. Why not keep the epic-ness up?”

Gronk Beach will run from 1-7 p.m. on Feb. 1 at The North Beach Bandshell and Beach.

Tickets will be available for purchase on Thursday at http://www.Gronkbeach.com.
