Fashion icon Diana Vreeland’s great-granddaughter Caroline Vreeland, a musician and model, performed an hourlong set at sexy underwear store Agent Provocateur on Madison Avenue Wednesday — then immediately went out for dinner at Omar’s with “Vanderpump Rules” star Lala Kent, still wearing lingerie and carrying a whip that was made for her by the brand.

“Several men asked her if she wanted to whip them,” said a spy. “She declined.”
