Mom and fitness blogger, Adrienne Osuna, struggled with her weight for years before finally getting serious about her health. She adopted an intense eating and workout regimen that included lots of weight lifting and photographed the impressive results for her followers.
Although her strict diet and exercise plan of powerlifting, cardio, and intermittent fasting might be a bit too much for most of us, she did lose fat and gain muscle fast. However, during the entirety of her transformation, she kept it real and relatable.
