Anthology series: you love to see them! Or maybe you don't, but that won't stop Steven Spielberg from delivering up a new one. Well, technically a new old one I suppose: a "reimagining" of Amazing Stories, launching on March 6. Spielberg originally created the series in 1985, and now he's exec producing its return while Eddy Kitsis and Adam Horowitz (Once Upon A Time) serve as showrunners. Actors like Dylan O'Brien, Edward Burns, and Josh Holloway star -- and sadly, the series also marks Robert Forster's final performance before his death.

DISNEY +
Disney is continuing to roll out new episodes of shows like Star Wars: The Clone Wars and Diary of a Future President, but their big premiere this month is the family film Stargirl (March 13) -- which is not to be confused with the superhero series of the same name that's launching on the DC Universe service later this year. This Stargirl is about an offbeat teenager whose arrival shakes up the life of an unassuming high school boy... though presumably not because she's a superhero with a fancy staff.

HULU
Hulu is coming out strong this month, with a highly anticipated documentary about Hillary Clinton (called Hillary, natch) on March 6 and an adaptation of Celeste Ng's bestseller, Little Fires Everywhere, starring Reese Witherspoon, Kerry Washington, and Joshua Jackson, debuting on March 18.

This is also the month that "FX On Hulu" launches, which basically makes Hulu the home of FX content after it airs, as well as a platform for exclusive FX Originals like Alex Garland's upcoming series, Devs, on March 5. Like Garland's other efforts as a writer/director (Ex Machina, Annihilation), Devs offers a simple mystery as a gateway to what will likely be a mindblowing exploration of our existence. Either way, I'm absolutely here for Nick Offerman as Tech Bro Jesus. LOOKIT DAT HAIR.

AMAZON PRIME
What if I told you that Heidi Klum and Tim Gunn are hosting a fashion design competition series... and it's NOT Project Runway? What sets their new show, Making The Cut, apart is that the winning designs will be sold exclusively on Amazon. Finally, the content/consumerism synergy we've all been looking for! Let the shopping viewing begin on March 27:

Amazon's also got a new Agatha Christie adaptation this month: The Pale Horse, coming March 13. The mystery involves a man whose name is on a list, found in the shoe of a dead woman, and maybe witches are involved? The series stars Rufus Sewell and Kaya Scodelario, which is great -- but it looks like they may be playing a married couple, which means Scodelario has official passed from young ingenue to "can play wife of man twice her age" territory. Congrats, I guess?

Also, if you read Dustin's review of Jay And Silent Bob Reboot and got a little misty-eyed, then dude -- extreme same. More importantly, the movie hits Amazon on March 13 so we can finally experience the nostalgia for ourselves!

NETFLIX
It's a strong month for returning series, as favorites such as Ozark (March 27) and Elite (March 13) are each entering their third season. You know what else is on its third season? G*ddamn Castlevania! Yup, the only show I care about this month is the cartoon video game adaptation about the vampires, written by Warren Ellis. Sue me. Castlevania lands March 5.

Only slightly trailing Castlevania in the "extreme excitement" category is the second season of Kingdom, the Korean zombie drama, which comes back on March 13. But I suppose some of you might prefer your entertainment without supernatural beasties, so... Oh look, there's a new Netflix film called Lost Girls starring Amy Ryan and Gabriel Byrne on March 13! It's about a woman searching for her missing daughter, which may be linked to a series of unsolved murders, but I'm guessing the monsters will be entirely human. Yay?
