Kody Brown is SO Sick of Meri Right About Now

March 02, 2020

Kody Brown was not happy on Sunday night's brand new episode of Sister Wives.

Of course, Kody Brown hasn't been happy about anything since this TLC series returned in January with a season that has featured him growing more and more frustrated with all his spouses.

At whom was Kody's ire directed this time around?

First, at Meri.

And then at Robyn for daring to defend Meri.

As it has been for several weeks, the issue at hand on the latest installment of this controversial reality show was Kody's desire to build a single home on one piece of land in Flagstaff and to have all four Sister Wives live there.

Code red? More like Kody turned red this week!

Everyone except Kody hates this plan -- and Kody simply can't handle it.

“I am so sick of trying to accommodate Meri,” he said one point during a confessional on Sunday. “I’m so angry now. I’m so angry, I almost can’t talk.”

Meri simply voiced her objection to this polygamous palace proposal, prompting Robyn to try to stand up for her later in the  episode... which just bothered Kody even more.

“She won’t be happy unless she has all of you bowing at her feet, waiting on her,” Kody told Robyn of Meri, attempting  to create some division between the Sister Wives.

The women actually seem more connected than ever before, however, with Robyn especially sticking up for her co-stars of late.

“Stop saying sh-t like that!” she actually yells at Kody after he slams Meri right to her face.

Throughout this installment, Kody simply kept harboring resentment over his house idea being vetoed.

In a subsequent interview, Kody says he believes the women would prefer to fight with him than with each other.

“In some ways, they’re taking Meri’s side on this,” he says. “That’s their prerogative.”

Well, yeah.

The women do get to have prerogatives and opinions and points of view, you sexist clod.

During the Sunday, February 23, episode of this same show, though, Kody revealed he wasn’t thrilled that his wives were spending quality time together.

He finally said the quiet part out loud about a week ago.

“When I was younger, it used to be a lot of pleasure to me when I’d see my wives goofing off and playing and having fun together. I’m jaded, I guess,” Kody confessed.

He added at the time:

“I just don’t see plural marriage in the same light that I used to. I’m struggling with plural marriage and I’m struggling with my wives and I’m struggling with their conflict.

"We’re at a stage in our lives now where were far apart and we’re struggling with getting along.”

What does this mean for the program's future? For the future of all these marriages and relationships?

We can't say at the moment. No one can, really.

But at least one movement has been gaining momentum on the Internet and we share its core message.

Meri Brown really has to leave Kody at this point, don't you think?
