I'm sure that every one of you reading this has looked at an object before, and wondered how it was made. Or you've fought the desire to break something just so you can see what it looks like on the inside. Some of you may have even fed into your curiosity and ripped open your old gaming system to figure out how it all works. We've all done this at some point in our lives, so we've got a list of everyday objects that you would never recognize.

#1. This was confiscated from someone claiming that they had figured out time travel.

No, that's not true, at all. This is what it looks like on the inside of a CT scanner. It does look like you should be able to travel through time with it, though.

#2. This just looks like some ordinary tree bark, but nothing could be further from the truth.

This is actually a piece of bark from the cinnamon tree. That's right, the cinnamon you put in your hot cocoa comes straight from the bark of a tree.

#3. This could be a really cool sticker to put on your car's window, but...

It actually comes from the inside of an electronic dart board!

#4. In case you've been trying to guess what each object is, just so you know, this is definitely not a medieval torture device.

Can you guess what it is? Okay, we'll tell you. This is actually a Ronald McDonald cast. You probably won't be seeing any kids sitting with this, that's for sure.

#5. In case you were wondering what it looks like on top of Mt. Everest.

The amount of flags up there is absolutely incredible. It's a pretty good reminder to get the ball rolling on those dreams of yours.

#6. What we have right here is a mouse maze from the 1800s!

Okay, we're joking again, but this is actually way cooler than a huge mouse maze. This is what the inside of a pool table looks like. But it would be neat to see what a mouse could do, though.

It may look like a huge labyrinth, but it's actually the underside of a lily pad!

It's definitely a place to find some relaxation, but it's not big enough to sit in. And that's because this is a picture from the inside of a guitar!

That's right, this is from the backstage of a music venue. What an amazing feeling it must be to have that sort of view.

#15. You may be thinking that this is from a sci-fi movie set, but you're wrong.

This is what a battleship looks like when there's absolutely no water around it. It honestly looks pretty scary.

This is one of the massive blades that are on a wind turbine. We're not entirely sure what it's doing in the middle of a city, though.

#17. Contrary to popular belief, power line towers are not installed by giants working for the city.

Apparently, a giant isn't needed, at all. A helicopter does the large job just fine.

#18. This is a picture, taken in secret, of the new underground rave club in California.

Well, it could be, but it's not. This is what it looks like on the inside of an air mattress. It may not be an underground rave, but it definitely looks cool.

Honestly, you could probably just buy one of those big bags. Well, who needs that much? Google probably knows where to get some.

As interesting as that would be, what this actually is tops a piece of art. This is what a very young human embryo looks like on the tip of a needle!

#21. We're positive that a lot of you have experienced this before!

If you were using Facebook ten years ago, this is what your home screen would look like. We're glad those inconvenient times are long gone.

#22. The government is beginning to figure out how to make super soldiers.

We certainly hope that isn't true, but can you guess what happened to this man? This is what a cyclist's legs look like after doing the Tour de France.

This is an artichoke plant. The plant produces a beautiful purple flower when the food isn't picked in time.

#24. Why in the world are they flipping that dump truck upside down?

Well, this is how power plants get coal out of their freight trucks. Seems pretty convenient.

#25. Some of you may have thought that this building was filled with pizza when you were younger!

This is the Leaning Tower of Pisa and it's not filled with pizza. In fact, it's completely empty.
