Mark Ronson — who won a Golden Globe for Lady Gaga’s “A Star Is Born” smash, “Shallow” — was so inspired by the rap stars who performed at the Stand With Us benefit for arts nonprofit Baxter St, that the top producer joked that he’d like to make a hip-hop version of “A Star Is Born” with fellow honorees Raekwon and Black Thought as well as the Menahan Street Band.

“People forget that Mark’s musical roots are in hip-hop and that’s why he was at the party,” a source said.
