More images from the upcoming Rambo V: Last Blood come courtesy of Sylvester Stallone today, showing off the return of John Rambo as well as franchise newcomers Yvette Monreal and Adriana Barraza as Rambo’s adopted family members, Gabriella and Maria.

Stallone captioned the photos, which you’ll find below, “Gabriella wants to go to Mexico to see her father who deserted her many years ago. Rambo and Gabriella’s grandmother are very much against this. ‘I just want to ask him why he left us…’ She says and begins her journey.”

In the fifth installment of the franchise, when the daughter of one of his friends is kidnapped, Rambo, who has been working on a ranch, crosses the U.S.-Mexican border and quickly finds himself up against the full might of one of Mexico’s most violent cartels.

Sergio Peris-Mencheta (“Snowfall”) will be playing Rambo’s latest adversary. The actor will play the cartel’s brutal leader, Hugo Martinez.

Paz Vega, Oscar Jaenada and Joaquin Cosio also star.
