For those who are into the throwback low-poly retro horror games (such as 98DEMAKE’s SEPTEMBER 1999), Puppet Combo (the same folks behind Babysitter Bloodbath and Power Drill Massacre) have another to add to your collection in Stay Out of The House, which is set for a release on Steam in March.

Featuring a style straight out of first-person shooters of the day (though this isn’t a shooter) with a VHS-like filter applied to the visuals, Stay Out of The House puts you inside the house of a cannibalistic serial killer known as The Butcher. How you got here, or why you’re here in the first place isn’t known. What is known is that you’ve got to escape before you end up as dinner.

With a description by Puppet Combo consisting of “corpses, blood, guts, decapitation”, it doesn’t take a stretch to wonder what you’ll experience.
