The force is strong with the Cole family.
On Saturday, Yankees pitcher Gerrit Cole and wife Amy celebrated their first Halloween as parents, dressing up as “Star Wars” characters with their 4-month-old son Caden.
“Four months ago, in a galaxy far, far away… #babyyoda #firsthalloween,” Amy captioned the shot on Instagram.
Amy, who gave birth to Caden in late June, sported a Princess Leia-inspired ensemble, while Cole dressed as a Jedi, complete with a blue lightsaber. For Caden’s costume, they looked to breakout “The Mandalorian” star, Baby Yoda.
Later in the day on Saturday, Amy also showed off Caden’s costume change, going from Baby Yoda to a bat.
Since falling to the Tampa Bay Rays in last month’s ALDS, the Coles have been enjoying some family time. Recently, Cole and Amy had a dinner date with teammate — and impending free agent — Masahiro Tanaka and his wife, Mai Satoda.
