Gigi Hadid said Sunday she hopes to “emulate” mom Yolanda Hadid one day, as the pregnant model gushed about her favorite “superhero” on Mother’s Day.

“Best I could ever ask for,” Gigi captioned the throwback snap, featuring a then-pregnant Yolanda.

“Happy Mother’s Day to the one I’ll do my best to emulate. I love you beyond words @yolanda.hadid you are a superhero!!!!!”

Yolanda, 56, who is also a proud mom to daughter Bella, 23, and son Anwar, 20, later replied, “Thank you my love.”

Last month, it was reported Gigi and boyfriend Zayn Malik are expecting their first child together. The model later confirmed the news during an appearance on “The Tonight Show.”

“Obviously we wish we could’ve announced on our own terms,” Gigi told host Jimmy Fallon, “but we’re very excited and happy and grateful for everyone’s well wishes and support.”

Gigi recently celebrated her 25th birthday while quarantining with Malik, 27, at her family’s Pennsylvania farm. Fans have speculated Gigi’s birthday party also served as a gender reveal.

Gigi and Malik are said to be expecting a baby girl, according to TMZ.
