Celebrity fitness guru Tracy Anderson got a birthday surprise Tuesday: an engagement ring.

A spy told us Anderson and friends were celebrating her 45th birthday at Club Colette in Palm Beach, Fla., when her boyfriend, Chris Asplundh, popped the question.

“The couple was overwhelmed with happiness,” said an insider. Anderson’s two kids from previous marriages were both in attendance.

We’re told that Anderson and Asplundh were set up by a mutual friend in early summer 2018. The marriage will be Anderson’s third and Asplundh’s second. She called off a previous engagement to another man in 2018.
