Kyle Richards is coming clean about a little work she had done during quarantine.

The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hill” star said she had rhinoplasty recently after many fans pointed out on social media that her face looks different.

“Since so many of you were speculating what I did or did not do to my face … here is your answer. I fixed my nose,” she captioned a selfie on her Instagram Stories on Friday. “I broke it last September and the bone poking out bothered me. So I fixed the bone, fixed my breathing problems and refined the top.”

The Bravolebrity continued, “I will always tell you guys the truth. I do think some of the comments on my posts are funny though.”

Richards, 51, also shared a few images taken throughout her recovery. She wrote alongside one selfie that the full results of her nose job will not be visible until the “one year” mark.

“I can breathe so well now,” she added in a separate post. “It is a serious game changer for sleeping.”

The “RHOBH” star then gave a shoutout to her plastic surgeon, Dr. Vladimir Grigoryants, whom she said she trusts “one million percent.”

“My husband was nervous about me not looking like myself and even he is happy with the result,” she wrote. “I am not quite 3 weeks post op. So it will get better with time.”

This is not the first time Richards has had rhinoplasty. In 2013, she revealed she got nose job seven years earlier, prior to joining “Real Housewives.”

“My nose bothered me for a long time,” she said in an issue of Us Weekly. “The surgery made me feel better.”
