Kara Keough revealed Saturday her father, Matt Keough, had passed away, weeks after the death of her newborn son.

“Daddy, please take care of my son,” the “Real Housewives of Orange County” alum, 32, shared on Instagram, along with a collection of father-daughter images.

“Teach him the circle changeup and how to find forever friends. You’re on grandpa duty in heaven now. Xoxo, Hammerhead,” she continued.

On Saturday, the Oakland Athletics announced Matt, a former pitcher, had died at the age of 64. He married former “Real Housewives” star Jeana Keough in 1984, and they had three children together, including Kara.

In November, Jeana told Page Six they had finalized their divorce.

Following the news of Matt’s death, Jeana’s former co-stars, including Vicki Gunvalson and Jo De La Rosa, offered their condolences on social media.

“Kara, I am so sorry. There are no words to say, other than you are loved,” Gunvalson wrote.

“I’m so incredibly sorry to hear about this Kara. Thinking of you guys and sending so much love your way. Here if you need anything,” De La Rosa posted.

In April, Kara revealed she and husband Kyle Bosworth had lost their infant son McCoy, who died shortly after his birth.

“During the course of his birth, he experienced shoulder dystocia and a compressed umbilical cord. He joined our Heavenly Father and will live forever in the hearts of his loving parents, his adoring sister, and those that received his life-saving gifts,” Kara posted to Instagram at the time.

Kara and Bosworth have been married since 2014 and share 4-year-old daughter Decker.
